Accessing Emails sent to your Steam account in SAGE
You can access Emails sent to your Steam account in the App or on the form on the website.
Access control
To access Emails, you must have the Email password you received when you created the account. If you create the account on a custom domain, you do not need the password as long as you verify the domain.
We cannot recover lost passwords. There is no way for us to verify your identity. Allowing password recovery would be a security risk and defeat the purpose of the password.
Limitations
- Emails not sent by Steam are immediately rejected. SAGE is not a general-purpose Email provider.
- Emails are deleted once they are read.
- Emails are deleted after one day if they are not read.
- We do not provide indefinite access to Emails. Use Email Vault for that.
- There is no IMAP/POP3/SMTP access. Only the web interface is available.
