Forward Emails to SAGE

For us to generate accounts for you, we need to be able to receive the verification emails sent by Steam. For that, you need to set up email forwarding for your domain to our email address.

Cloudflare Email Routing

You can use Cloudflare’s Email Routing feature to forward emails to our email address.

Add your domain to Cloudflare and enable Email Routing on it.

If this is your first time setting up email forwarding, you need to verify the destination email address first (our forwarding address):

  1. Open SAGE and go to Settings > Domains and scroll down to Email Forwarding
  2. Copy the Forwarding Address
  3. Go back to Cloudflare and go to the Destination tab
  4. Click on Add Destination
  5. Enter your forwarding address
  6. Click Save

After that, you need to verify the Forwarding Address:

  1. Go back to SAGE and where you copied the Forwarding Address, click on View Emails
  2. Click on Load Emails
  3. Copy the verification link and open it in your browser

After that, you can set up the email forwarding:

  1. Go to the Routes tab
  2. Click on Edit next to the Catch-All route
  3. Change the action to Send to an Email and select your forwarding address
  4. Click Save

NameCheap Email Forwarding

You can use NameCheap’s Email Forwarding feature to forward emails to our email address. We recommend using Cloudflare’s Email Routing instead of NameCheap’s Email Forwarding.

For this to work, your domain has to be using NameCheap’s BasicDNS or PremiumDNS. Do not buy the paid Email package, the free Email Forwarding is enough.

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on MANAGE next to your domain
  3. Scroll down to the REDIRECT EMAIL section
  4. Click on ADD CATCH-ALL
  5. Enter your forwarding address 1 as the destination
  6. Click on √ to save the changes
